Brandon Rothenberg always wanted to join his family’s luxury construction/development company, Ellemar Enterprises. However, his parents wanted him to graduate college and gain experience to bring back to the firm. After graduation, he worked for a high-end New York City construction company until COVID-19 shut down his project in 2020. He returned to Florida and joined Ellemar, earlier than anticipated, as the Florida construction industry was thriving. Brandon has been working as Vice President of Real Estate & Development for the past two years, contributing to the continued success of Ellemar. As a premier South Florida luxury homebuilder, Ellemar has been building from Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach for the past 30 years. Ellemar is also involved in speculative development, which is Brandon’s primary role.
