I hope this letter finds you well. I often find myself extolling your praises when I have visitors to my wonderful Ellemar-built home so I thought I’d share some of that commendation with you directly. 

As we both know, building a custom home can be a very time-consuming and stressful undertaking. However, having you at the helm enabled me to concentrate on all the other incredibly busy aspects of my life, including my law practice and three children. Your attention to detail is unsurpassed. I appreciated how you scrupulously oversaw every phase and detail of the construction as well as the subcontractors. Your job site was always impeccably clean and you religiously adhered to your timetable. You are true joy to work with and one of the nicest guys I know. When a client hires you, they should be confident that you attend to each project as if it were your own home.
