Dear Mark,

We are writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for everything that you did in connection with our joint venture project on Stonegate Boulevard in Parkland Golf & Country Club.  Although we originally hired you to build a single home for us, you exceeded our every expectation, spurring us to build two additional homes with you in a joint venture arrangement.  

As you are well aware, building a home is a very emotional process.  There are peaks and valleys in such a project, and often, the stress of development can result in conflict or lead to bad feelings between a homeowner and a general contractor.  However, this was never the case with you or any of your colleagues at Ellemar Enterprises, Inc.  Your professionalism, attention to detail and constant strife for perfection never ceased to amaze us.  You never cut corners or made haphazard decisions just to get the job done.  Further, you kept the project within budget, and managed your sub contractors in such a way that the final project was delivered ahead of schedule.   

People like you are few and far between.  You are a problem solver, and it was an absolute pleasure working side by side with you on these projects.  We want you to know that we truly appreciate all that you did, and we hope to participate in additional projects with you in the future.
